U12 game v Inny Shamrocks.

Multyfarnham 4-6  Inny Shamrocks 4-3

If ever a team deserved praise for showing  determination this display was it. Multy got off to a flying start and were 1-4 to nil ahead after 15 min. Inny shamrocks to their credit battled away and got there rewards with 3 goals in 5 mins just before half time. This left our lads slightly shell shocked at half time to be 2 points down after having so much ball.

A regroup at the interval and the lads were a new team in the second half. 2 points down, against the wind and playing up the slight hill the team fought hard for every ball and played some great passing football . They defended bravely and attacked quickly with every man giving it his all. This determination never let up until the games end by which time they had edged ahead to win by 3 points.

Credit to both teams for a very exciting and sporting game.
